1. Service
SiteGuard provides website and API monitoring, alerts, incident history, SSL and domain information where available, reports, integrations and status pages. Features depend on the selected plan.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and remain responsible for activity under your account.
3. Authorised Monitoring
You may monitor only systems you own, control or are authorised to test.
4. Trials and Recurring Subscriptions
SiteGuard offers a 7-day free trial. A payment method will be required securely through payment provider when checkout is enabled. No charge is taken during the trial; the selected subscription begins automatically after 7 days unless cancelled before the trial ends. The applicable checkout will clearly show the plan, billing interval, recurring price, trial duration, first charge date and cancellation method.
5. Payment Processing
Paid checkout is not currently enabled. If it becomes available, the checkout will identify the active authorised payment provider, taxes, billing interval, renewal terms and cancellation method before payment details are requested.
6. Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or yearly interval unless cancelled. Taxes may be calculated by the payment provider. You authorise recurring charges according to the checkout disclosures.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel through the account or billing portal where available. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and mandatory consumer rights. Provider procedures may also apply.
9. Suspension
Access may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, security risk, unlawful use or material breach.
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Monitoring is informational and not a substitute for backups, security testing or incident-response controls.
11. Intellectual Property
SiteGuard software, branding, documentation and interfaces are owned by or licensed to ELITE SOFTWARE SOLUTION INC.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, consequential, special or lost-profit damages is excluded. Aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable Wyoming and United States law, subject to mandatory rights that cannot be excluded.
