What does SiteGuard monitor?+
Authorised public websites and APIs, response time, HTTP status, SSL certificate information, domain information where available, incidents and public status pages.
How quickly are incidents detected?+
SiteGuard checks at a minimum interval of one minute and records confirmed failures as incidents.
Do I need to install software?+
No. Monitoring is performed externally against authorised public HTTP and HTTPS endpoints.
Can SiteGuard monitor APIs?+
Yes. You can configure an API endpoint and expected HTTP response status.
Can I create public status pages?+
Yes, within the limits of your plan.
Is there a free trial or card requirement?+
SiteGuard offers a 7-day free trial. Checkout is not currently enabled, so signup does not collect card details or schedule a charge.
Can I cancel and request a refund?+
You can cancel a trial before it ends. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy for duplicate-charge, technical-failure and statutory-rights guidance.
Which integrations are supported?+
Email, webhooks, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Discord can be configured. SMS, Zapier, PagerDuty and Opsgenie are not currently available.
How do SSL and domain monitoring work?+
SiteGuard records supported certificate validity, expiry and available domain-expiry information for configured endpoints.
What happens after a monitor fails?+
A confirmed failure is recorded as an incident and configured alert channels can be notified.
How is customer data protected?+
SiteGuard uses authenticated access, secure password hashing, secure cookies and server-side validation. See the Privacy and Security pages for more detail.
